Our Story

Poke Factory & Ramen Bar started with a simple idea: fresh, customizable Korean & Japanese Asian-fusion food that anyone can enjoy their own way. We specialize in poke bowls built with sushi-grade fish that we hand-trim in house, alongside steaming bowls of ramen, hand-rolled sushi, our bestselling Beef Bulgogi Korean BBQ Rice Bowl and craft bubble tea.
